Wichita Family Photographers: An Autumn Family

We recently met a great family. They love each other, they laugh together and they have been three together for three months.

 

Casey, Clive and John were a delight during their session. It was one of the windiest days this fall. But this did not dampen their good spirits as we trekked through Swanson Park in west Wichita.

 

Clive slept for parts of this photo session. But he woke just enough to rock the shoot like a superstar. And that, friends, is our kind of baby.

Photographer Meet Dog: Woofstock 2012

Marking the Moment Photography went on a field trip today and headed to Sedgwick County Park for Kansas Humane Society’s annual fundraiser, Woofstock. We packed up my Little Sister (from Big Brothers and Big Sisters- another great non-profit that deserves your love), our granddaughter, our sweet dog who came to us from the Humane Society… and extra layers… it was chilly, and headed out.

We met all sorts of dogs! Here is a blog of mainly photos, because these sweet faces and wagging tails don’t need words to impress you.

We met dogs staring… with no-nonsense stares… and adoring gazes.

We met big dogs… and bigger dogs.

We met small dogs.

Long-nosed dogs and Groucho Marx-eyebrowed dogs.

A baby dog with nurses.

Dancing dogs and adoptable dogs.

Dogs who find comfort in groups.

And individual dogs seeking new friends.

Spider dogs and spotted dogs.

And dogs on wheels.
